SETTING A CLEAR GOAL

Be clear of what is to be done within the given time. You can take out some time per day for yourself maybe could chip some time of NETFLIX therefore, you can focus on your GOAL MORE. It is not always about going to the gym and working out with weights, doing strength training, passive workout but it is about the mental peace which you can achieve by involving yourself in such activities it could be anything.

Prince Arjun is the biggest example. He trained himself under the toughest circumstances that too without worrying about the result. Therefore he was able to achieve the goal.

Try to work out 3-5 times a week but also aim to be active every day. Walk to the shops/school rather than driving and cycle to the gym rather than taking the car. Incorporate as much activity into your life as possible and try to eat, drink and sleep healthily as well. A healthy diet is crucial to the success of any fitness campaign. Remember 80% of any weight loss will be determined by your diet and 20% by exercise.

You need to be clear about what you want or what you want to achieve. whether you want to play football perhaps?  set fitness goals that are realistic. Don’t suddenly expect to be able to run the distance if you’ve never run a step previously. Walk to the shops/school rather than driving and cycle to the gym rather than taking the car. Incorporate as much activity into your life as possible and try to eat, drink and sleep healthily as well.
